JOB DESCRIPTION

Trucking itinerary management
Monitoring shipment and trucking
Handling all trucking-related obstacles
Achieve the shipment target as scheduled

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Transportation
Minimum 1 year similar experience or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Hard worker and persistent
Proactive
Domicile or willing to be placed in Pasuruan

PIB Administration Staff
PT DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create Preparing Import Declaration (PIB).
Communicate with customers for shipment status or inquiry.
Monitor and follow up customs clearance process until shipment delivered.
Coordinate with Operation and Road freight team for clearance and delivery.
To communicate all operational issue to customer.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferable from Transportation or Logistic major.
Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.0.
Minimum 1 year similar experience and have the knowledge of Preparing Import Declaration (PIB) is a must.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Hard worker and proactive.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (free shuttle bus is provided at Bekasi, Blok M, Bintaro, Rawamangun and Tangerang meeting points) or to be placed in customer’s office.
