Familiar with airport Standard & Procedure
1-2 years experience in an airline ground services or ground handling environment at an airport
Manage to handle passenger’s complaint

Sales Executive

Holds minimum a Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university
Preferably minimum 1 year of sales experience in airline service industry
Possess good track record in corporate business and able to bring in new corporate accounts
Service oriented, able to provide quality service and support to corporate customers at all times
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a dynamic personality
Sales Manager
Jakarta RayaRequirements:
Holds minimum a bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university
Minimum 4 years working experience preferably from airline / aviation industry (S1)
A good understanding of airline sales and distribution models (traditional and web), processes and dynamics
Excellent communication, interpersonal, team player and influencing skills to interact with customers and team members
Knowledge of traditional GSD-airline connectivity, fare rules, filing and pricing will be an advantage
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, is analytical and numerate.
Responsible for the sales of airline distribution products with close coordination with other departments in the company
Reservation - Ticketing Supervisor
Jakarta RayaRequirements:
Holds minimum a Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university
Minimum 2-3 years experience
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
Strong communication skills
Able to work well both in team and independently
Able to operate CRS ( Abacus / Galileo)
Pleasant personality, with interest in dealing with people
IT Literacy
Knowledge on Airlines and tourism industry would be an advantage
Reservation - Ticketing Officer
