Inter-Intra Based Controller

Bogor (Jawa Barat) - NAR

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
This position to operate Logistics Control Room for outbound & inbound cement, clinker & also other materials for operation at all plant and warehouses/silos, to keep plant operation are running well and to ensure satisfaction of both external & internal customers by delivering the best services through real time information.
Maintenance Logistics operational tools (IPAC, Web Transporter, a part of GPS).

Requirements:

Education:
Diploma Degree of Management or equivalent

Experience:
One Year in current position
Min 2 Years experaince in Logistic Area

Computer literacy:
Ms. Excel and Power Point : Intermediate Level, SAP

Language :
Good in English both oral or written

Account Payable Superintendent

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
Monitor, manage the process, and execute all Account Payable transactions in SAP in an effective manner in line with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage the process of outgoing payments in SAP and Banking system on schedule to maximize Company cash flows
Maintain Accounts Payable records, reports, systems and procedures which will adequately protect all interests related to the business
Perform all tasks as being a Super User AP Module

Requirements:

Education :
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Economic majoring in Accounting.

Experience :
Minimum 5 years working experience in a multinational and or public listed company or international accounting firm

Computer literacy :
Microsoft office, SAP

Language :
Good command in English oral and written

Organization Development & Performance Specialist

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
To deliver successful implementation of organization development program, assignments, facilitations, particularly those related to organization changes, job design, performance management, and sustainable improvement of OD processes, as well as all the related projects
To roll out, maintain, and follow up performance management cycle implementation, likewise ensuring data quality and analysis related to Performance Management database

Requirements:
Education:
Min. Bachelor degree. Degree in Management or HR Management is preferable

Experience :
4 years exposure in Organization Development in large company.

Computer literacy:
Excellent Microsoft Office

Language:
Excellent in English, both written and verbal

Other qualification / skills:
Ability to demonstrate practical application of organizational development concepts and tools

Terminal Operation Management

Batam (Kepulauan Riau) - Batam & Perawang

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
This function assumed as main coordinator in each terminal for receiving cement at silo, receiving & storage of empty bags, packing, dispatch bag & bulk and / or distribution to area surrounding those terminals, which covers monitoring & controlling activities in the ports for incoming import vessel, packing plant operations, maintenance equipments and distribution strategy by ensuring wharf readiness, equipment readiness, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. packing plant operator, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon contractual term and condition

Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Management, Shipping, and Logistic is preferable.

Experience :
Minimum 6 years working experience in shipping/logistic

Computer literacy :
Microsoft office, SAP

Language :
Good command in English oral and written

Other qualification / skills :
Good knowledge of cement productionprocess, Logistic distribution, and the process of loading cargo.

Solusi Rumah Process & Infrastructure

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
Identify and evaluate the quality infrastructure and access to finance in SR CPM HIL. Based on the evaluation to propose solutions, new designs for innovative system for SR in order to meet end-consumers needs and to stay ahead in the competition.
Plan Solusi Rumah system infrastructure and access to finance enhancements, improvements and/or developments necessary in order to create better process, product and customer experience of Solusi Rumah through the most efficient resources, mechanism and procedures.
Monitor overall Solusi Rumah business and financing enhancements, improvement of business model and partnership with financial institutions to provide and realize full value proposition of Solusi Rumah to franchisee and to relevant target market.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with background in economic or finance
Preferably minimum 5 (five) years’ of experience working on financial or banking industry.
Prior experience handling programe or finance services for small medium enterprise.
Prior working experience on management project and involved on product development/marketing program will be an advantage
Computer literate
Good command of spoken and written English
Be open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
