Managing Director Assistant
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya) - Kedoya UtaraResponsibilities:
· Assisting Managing Director for day to day work
· Provide friendly, responsive and a professional level of customer service to existing and new clients
· Develop customer base and build relationship through proactive involvement in client’s meeting with the MD
· Working towards company vision and mission
· Handle inbound and outbound client calls
· Handle customer inquiries and sell the Company’s services
· Customer order processing, tracking and reporting
· Ocassional face to face training and guidance for new clients
· Coordination with the production team on executing the project
Requirements:
Preferably female, male applicants are welcome
Age max 35 years old
Education min. D3
English proficient is a bonus
Previous experience is not a must
Able to work independently and initiatively
Attractive with good attitude
Have good interpersonal skills
Able to work in different circumstances
