Customer Service - Teller

Jawa Barat - Bekasi,Cikarang,Karawang

Responsibilities:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements:
Female, with maximum age 26 years
Have attractive appereance and personality, with min. height 160 cm
S1 from reputable university, min. 2.75
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Able to operate computers and computerized work environment
Ability to speak a foreign language (English / Mandarin) would be worth more
Strong sales ability and excellent networking
Strong administrative skills and excellent accuracy
Honest, hardworking, high motivated, discipline.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, & Cikampek areas.

Personal Banker (PB)

Jawa Barat - Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, Cikampek

Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services.
Processes all new account transactions, assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services.
Cross-selling the Bank's products and services; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types.
Performing branch clerical duties; promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
The position of Personal Banker also is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, safe deposit, processing and boarding DDA lines of credit.

Requirements:
Max. age 35 years.
S1 from reputable university.
Min. 1-2 years experience as a Personal Banker / Relationship Manager.
Can handle a heavy workload, target oriented, and high mobility.
Strong sales ability and excellent networking.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, & Cikampek areas.

Relationship Manager (RM)

Jawa Barat - Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, Cikampek

Responsibilities:
