Loyalty System Development


Responsibilities:

Responsible to assist the implementation of new point rewards earning scheme/system based on business unit’s request
Liaise internally for the development of loyalty system and infrastructure
Prepare the documentation (SOP, socialization memo) for the newly implemented loyalty initiatives
Provide data analysis regularly to assess loyalty programme effectiveness
Address loyalty system issue to minimize customers complain
Closely monitor and settle budgeting for loyalty programme including tax calculation

Requirements:

Maximum 30 years old
Fluent in English
Good Computer Literacy – Preferably familiar with Excel Formula
Bachelor Degree from reputable University
Having 1 or 2 years experience in banking industry in product development or data analysis would be an advantage
Good comprehension in analyzing data and producing report
Ability to handle system improvement project and coordinate with related parties to deliver enhanced customer experience esp. on point rewards redemption
Highly motivated individual who can work under pressure and a team player
