Supervisor Policy - Credit Card and Personal Loan

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Membuat Policy & SOP yang berhubungan dengan semua Unit CCPL
Memastikan Policy & SOP yang dikeluarkan dan dijalankan dengan baik oleh Unit yang berkepentingan
Melakukan regular meeting dengan unit-unit terkait

Requirements:
Pria / Wanita, Max. 30 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 dari universitas terkemuka
Memiliki pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang Risk Management, diutamakan di bagian Kebijakan & Prosedur Credit Card and Personal Loan
Memahami dengan baik mengenai Credit Risk
Memiliki kemampuan dalam menganalisa kredit
Mengerti indikator yang ada di Credit Card and Personal Loan
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

Credit Card & Personal Loan Marketing Executive (CPME)

Jawa Barat - Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, Cikampek

Responsibilities:
The person who monitoring-processes and improve product sales of credit card and personal loan.
Ensure all credit card and personal application are in order prior to submission for approval.
Set up appointments and secure corporate counters for corporate
Transfer of Knowledge about credit card and personal loan product dan procedures
Coordinate with central office to solve the common or specific problems.

Requirements:
Maximal 30 year of age
S1 from any reputable university with min. GPA 2.90
Having integrity and good interpersonal skill
Able to process sale/ marketing base on system and procedure
Having experience min. 2 years as direct sales
Good communication and presentation skills as well as negotiation and analytical capabilities.
Able to give a training that related with product, CCPL programme.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, & Cikampek areas.

Home Loan Account Officer

Jawa Barat

Responsibilities:
Manage and promote business relationship with existing / new customers.
Promote retail lending products
Track, maintain and analyze customers data.
Analyze financial statements and prepare report on customer’s credit worthiness.
Drive sales by developing pricing strategies, improving market penetration and outstanding loan within assignment accounts.

Requirements:
Maximal age 30 years old.
With max. 2 years working experience as Home Loan Account Officer.
Possess at least Bachelor’s degree majoring from Economy, Industrial Technology, IT, or Science with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00).
Good communication and presentation skills as well as negotiation and analytical capabilities.
Have a strong willingness to work in marketing area and under pressure.
Fluent in English / Mandarin and computer literate.
Dynamic, energetic, highly motivated.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, & Cikampek areas.

Customer Service - Teller

Jawa Barat - Bekasi,Cikarang,Karawang

Responsibilities:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements:
Female, with maximum age 26 years
Have attractive appereance and personality, with min. height 160 cm
S1 from reputable university, min. 2.75

Responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services.
Processes all new account transactions, assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services.
Cross-selling the Bank's products and services; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types.
Performing branch clerical duties; promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
The position of Personal Banker also is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, safe deposit, processing and boarding DDA lines of credit.

Requirements:
Max. age 35 years.
S1 from reputable university.
Min. 1-2 years experience as a Personal Banker / Relationship Manager.
Can handle a heavy workload, target oriented, and high mobility.
Strong sales ability and excellent networking.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, & Cikampek areas.

Relationship Manager (RM)
