Crusher Operator

Cilegon (Banten) - Ciwandan

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
The main responsible of Crusher Operator is to handle operation of Primary Feeder. The task will be covering, but not limited to:

Feeding and loading crusher with an optimum capacity
Operate crushing plant unit in primary crushing section
Daily monitor the performance of primary jaw crusher
Help the measurement of physical product stock every month
Maintain housekeeping all plant unit, especially in crashing area
Help unit maintenance

Requirements:

Education :

Min. Diploma Degree

Experience :

Min. 3 years experiences working as primary crushing operator

Computer literacy :

Ms Office

Language :

Fair in English and Bahasa

Other qualification / skills :

Understand the flow sheet process of the crushing plant.
Understand and able to operate crushing units.
Hard worker
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Able to work under pressure

Solusi Rumah Transformation Leader

Jawa Timur -Malang,Surabaya,Jawa Tengah - Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and monitor overall SR CPM, SR Retail, CDC/RDC transformation projects that runs in the region as service level agreement to achieve minimum standard to operate; providing branding, physical assets, machineries & equipment also trainings and other activities required by in order to transform the current shop/ entity into a Solusi Rumah CPM, Retail, CDC/RDC outlets that is able to deliver overall Solusi Rumah and CDC/RDC value propositions.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree any major, preferably from Civil Engineering or Business Administration and some construction work practices
A working knowledge with a minimum of 3 years’ experience associated with the design, construction, property, or pre cast concrete industry in Indonesia
Has experienced or involvement directly on project scheduling, structural design, cost analysis and estimation
Good communication skill
Good command of spoken and written English
AutoCAD, Excel, MS Word
Customer focus oriented
Able to build and maintain collaborative working relationship and demonstrate continous follow up and monitoring to ensure achievement of work goals
Good analytical thinking and problem solving
Self motivated to work independently but excellent ability to work in team

Solusi Rumah CPM Key Account

Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
Monitor the overall CPM Franchise Business network within certain area or for certain key accounts, including obtaining major investors/franchisers by presenting the business model and cement market data analysis related to other building materials, building and maintaining network to attract new investors and conduct market development (within the particular area or for certain key accounts); Manage CPM Franchise Business Network within certain area and/or for certain key accounts by ensuring standard quality of products and services over time and assuring investors adhere to the set standards outlined in the franchise agreement and/or requirements related to franchising roll out while providing sound business advice on growing the Solusi Rumah business within a certain area and/or for certain key accounts.

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
Sales/ business development experience and certain construction project management exposure is preferred
Preferably minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as project manager, assistant project manager, supervisor/ coordinator or architect and designer
Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management
Strong passion in business development
Strong drive for execution
Demonstrate good sales Ability/ persuasiveness and negotiation skill
Have ability to interact with all levels and build strong working relationship
Good command of spoken and written English
Computer litterate

Terminal Operation Management

Batam (Kepulauan Riau) - Batam & Perawang

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
This function assumed as main coordinator in each terminal for receiving cement at silo, receiving & storage of empty bags, packing, dispatch bag & bulk and / or distribution to area surrounding those terminals, which covers monitoring & controlling activities in the ports for incoming import vessel, packing plant operations, maintenance equipments and distribution strategy by ensuring wharf readiness, equipment readiness, smoothness coordination/communication among involved parties (i.e. packing plant operator, logistic, agent, stevedoring, customer, etc), and optimum decision based upon contractual term and condition

Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Management, Shipping, and Logistic is preferable.

Experience :

Minimum 6 years working experience in shipping/logistic

Computer literacy :

Microsoft office, SAP

Language :

Good command in English oral and written

Other qualification / skills :

Good knowledge of cement productionprocess, Logistic distribution, and the process of loading cargo.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
